Beacon Power does not sell or support products manufactured by the former Advanced Energy, Inc., including the GC1000, MM3000 or MM5000. To our knowledge, no other company has been authorized to provide warranty or support services for these products. The few remaining AE Multimode systems in circulation had some design problems that have been corrected by Beacon Power with the Smart Power M5. These AE systems are not eligible for state renewable energy rebates and we believe that their continued use can only serve to diminish the reputation of our industry.
